Hulsebos Saddlery was founded in 1910 in the Netherlands. It is a family business that has risen to become known for its excellence and specialization in the field of custom-made saddles for both rider and horse. Jan Hulsebos established his saddlery in Gelderland Province, home of the Gelderland horse, from which the modern day Dutch Warmblood originated.
The saddles are made on the basis of three generations of experience. These many years of experience benefit the performances of rider and horse. The manufacturing of saddles is a traditional profession that demands expert knowledge and above all passion for horses and working with leather. Only very capable people who meet these criteria work in our business. Because of this we, are able to guarantee our high quality. The 4th generation is now working in the saddle-making business; therefore, you are assured of our excellent quality saddles and service into the future!

Ready to take a saddle on trial?
If you're local to our stores: You can come into the store and sign out up to three (3) saddles on trial for up to seven (7) days, no deposit required. There is no fee to try a saddle, just bring it back if it doesn't fit.
If you're not so local: Saddles can be purchased online and returned with a three (3) day trial period. There is a 12% restocking fee if the saddle is returned.
