Maryland Saddlery Halloween Costume Contest - Official Rules

Contest Period: October 31, 2025 - November 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older
• Employees of Maryland Saddlery and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law

2. How to Enter

• Comment with a 🎃 emoji on the official contest post on Maryland Saddlery's Facebook or Instagram page
• Submit a photo of yourself and/or your horse in Halloween costume via:
  • Direct Message on Facebook or Instagram, OR
  • Email to info@marylandsaddlery.com
• Photo must be submitted by Sunday, November 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST
• Limit one entry per person
• No purchase necessary to enter or win

3. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $25 Maryland Saddlery store credit
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Store credit expires one year from date of issue
• Prize is non-transferable
• Approximate retail value: $25 USD

4. Winner Selection

• Winner will be selected by Maryland Saddlery staff on Monday, November 4, 2025
• Winner will be chosen based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation of costume
• Winner will be notified via the method through which they entered (DM or email) on November 4, 2025
• Winner must respond within 7 days to claim prize

5. General Conditions

• By entering, participants grant Maryland Saddlery the right to use submitted photos for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials
• Participants confirm they own the rights to all submitted photos or have permission to submit them
• Maryland Saddlery reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or offensive
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram
• By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion

6. Privacy

• Information collected will be used solely for contest administration and will not be sold or shared with third parties
• See Maryland Saddlery's privacy policy for more information

7. Limitations of Liability

• Maryland Saddlery is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Maryland Saddlery reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if circumstances require it
