Q: What is overstock?

A: Overstock refers to clearance inventory consigned with us from all over the country. This means you get unique quality products from great brands at great prices! Our inventory is constantly changing, so if you don't see what you need today, it may be in stock tomorrow!

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped out. USPS estimates an additional 2-5 business days for standard shipping.

Q: I live right next to a Maryland Saddlery store - can I pick it up there instead?

A: Of course! Simply choose "Store Pick Up" at checkout. Make sure you choose the location closest to you!

Q: I chose store pick up but my order wasn't ready when I arrived!

A: Our online inventory is distributed across our three locations; Butler, Crofton, and Hockessin. If you order an item that is on the floor in Butler, but want to pick up in Crofton, we need to transport the item to that store. We have a van that runs weekly but sometimes hit delays. Our wonderful staff will reach out to you once your item has arrived and is ready to be picked up. Thank you for your patience!

Q: Can I use my store credit towards my online order?

A: Unfortunately, no, our website does not link to your store information for security purposes. However, we happily accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal!

Q: Can I return my items if they don't fit?

A: All website purchases are final sale only. If you have an outstanding issue with your order, please email your order details to torimdsaddle@gmail.com, or call the Butler store at (410) 771 - 4135 and ask for Tori.
