Q: What is overstock?

A: Overstock refers to clearance inventory consigned with us from all over the country. This means you get unique quality products from great brands at great prices! Our inventory is constantly changing, so if you don't see what you need today, it may be in stock tomorrow!

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped out. USPS estimates an additional 2-5 business days for standard shipping.

Q: I live right next to a Maryland Saddlery store - can I pick it up there instead?

A: Of course! Simply choose "Store Pick Up" at checkout. Make sure you choose the location closest to you! Our staff will reach out to you once your order is in the proper store and is ready for pickup!

 

Q: Can I use my store credit towards my online order?

A: Unfortunately, no, our website does not link to your store information for security purposes. However, we happily accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal!

Q: Can I return my items if they don't fit?

A: Yes! If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, let us know and we will do our best to make it right! Saddles have their own return policy. Find it here.

Q: How do I consign my items?

A: All three of our locations are able to accept consignment. Stop in to the store nearest you to consign today, or give us a call to discuss mailing your items if you are not local! Check out our Consign With Us tab for more details!
